NelsonHall ranks Alight as a 2018 Multi-Process HR Services Leader

Alight is recognized by NelsonHall as a leader for Multi-Process HR Services, as shown in the graph above. According to NelsonHall, Alight was recognized for its ability to meet the current and future cloud-based needs of its clients, relative to its peers. The report acknowledged Alight’s comprehensive suite of cloud services offered across software platforms and its advisory capabilities to assist clients throughout their cloud journey. 

The 2018 NEAT assessment evaluated 17 multi-process HR services vendors based on their performance across a range of criteria and business situations to identify the best performing vendors overall. Vendor scores are compiled from a combination of analyst assessment and client interviews.
